GLORY OF GRATITUDE
क्यों मेहर मुझ पर भई,
ए थी दिल में शक।
मैं जानी मौज मेहबूब की,
वेह देत आप माफक ।।
जैसे जैसे मैं जागनी लीला के हर प्रसंग को जागरूकता पूर्वक एवम् कृतज्ञता भाव से देखती हूं, वैसे वैसे मेरा जीवन एक चमत्कार से दूसरे चमत्कार की और आगे बढ़ता हुआ महसूस करती हूं।
As I view the universe through the eyes of gratitude, my life moves from miracle to miracle.
A lot of times, upon sudden experience of grace, we doubt and get engaged in 'inner self talk'. It goes something like this: "How can such a grace fall upon me?! Am I really qualified to receive such a wonderful gift from the Beloved?!
But then, when I pondered upon It deeply and through the eyes of gratitude, I realized it as simply a playful act of my Beloved. Whatever love type He wants to show us, that's what He allow it to be manifested through us. And His gifts are as pure, beautiful, eternal, loving as He Himself Is!
Gratitude is the mother of all virtues. May our hearts be overwhelmed with the emotions of gratitude and may be show courage to express "thanks" to someone.
